I think all will be in service for the timetable change in December. Currently NMBS/SNCB accept a new T18/T19 every 4.3 days. The delivery was to be two per week, but sometimes two new locomotives will begin work on the same day and then no more new locos will work for two weeks. The delivery is not even.

Iain,
Your totals of accepted engines in your lists on the first page are not correct. The lists themselves are correct though (for one exception).

There are 92 18's accepted (= in service). The 4 in orange are indeed the ones not yet accepted.
There are 8 19's accepted. Your list mentions only 7 (in green). I'm not sure by heart which one is missing, but I think the 1909 has also recently been accepted.

Voor zij die van ronde getallen houden: dit betekent dat er nu exact 100 machines in dienst zijn.

Noot: deze gegevens heb ik van gisteren. Vandaag kan dit al achterhaald zijn.

How I tend to work the list is this.

The criteria for the locomotives that are in green is that I have seen a report that they have been seen working a passenger train. I have not seen a report that 1909 is in service yet, I think it is ready but I have not seen a report of it working a passenger train.

In the identical lists that I produce for the British Enthusiast Groups I use the word allocated [which Google translates as toegewezen] as opposed to the word accepted. I do not speak Nederlands very well [één Orval alstublieft is about as good as it gets] so I was trying to avoid using a phrase that meant something else. So what I will do is alter the front page and use the term toegewezen meaning that a locomotive is in Belgium and allocated to a depot. This will apply to locomotives which have yet to go through acceptance/homologation.

Sorry for the confusion.

Ok, that explains the difference.
And it is indeed 1909 that has been accepted (even before 1919).
