1918 and 1922 were moved through Leuven today, I assume to go on the Line 2 Test Train.

1901 and 1902 are still at Siemens' Wildenrath Test Track.

Two T18s have gone back to Germany today for rectification work to be done on them so there are currently 116 T18s and T19s on Belgian soil.

1922 entered passenger service this morning [16/10/12] on the front of 06.43 Welkenraedt - Brussel Zuid. 1832 was on the back of the train also powering.

This is the 105th HLE 18/19 to work a passenger train, leaving just 15 to come.

New 1894 was seen in service today on IC N 4532 10.12 Essen - Charleroi, possibly its first day in passenger service.

Of the Type 18s [1801 to 1896], just 1892 to enter passenger service now as 1861 and 1877 will remain test locomotives well into next year.

The reason why there has not been a recent update is that there has been nothing to update!

1861 and 1877 have been used on test trains on Line 36N and have gone back to Kinkempois. They are not NMBS/SNCB locomotives but remain with Siemens for test purposes.
1901 and 1902 also remain with Siemens and probably are still at Wildenrath. There has not been any sightings of these locomotives since the Open Day in July 2012.
1906, 1911, 1913, 1914, 1916, 1920, 1923 and 1924 are all sat at Kinkempois awaiting entry into service.

With the timetable change in December, I thought there might have been a push to get these eight new T19 locomotives into service.

There is has not been an update as there is still nothing to update.

1906 and 1920 are currently away at Siemens Works in München for Retrofitting but apart from that, there are still T19s sat on Kinkempois Depot that have not worked a passenger train yet. At €3.49M each, that is a lot of Belgian Tax Payer's money sat doing nothing.
