Via-via vernomen dat Mercia Charters 8&9 juni weer naar België komt.

Zaterdag 8 juni vertrek rond 8 uur:
Brussel Zuid - Brussel Noord en dan via L50 ri Y. Laeken.
Daar over op L28 naar Y. Pannenhuis - Y. Curegem, om vervolgens via L28/2 op L96 ri.
Tubize te rijden. Vervolgens via L115 naar Quenast, om aldaar terug te gaan naar Tubize.
Vanaf Tubize opnieuw L96 op naar Braine-le-Comte, om vervolgens naar L117 ri. Ecaussinnes, Manage en Luttre te sporen.
Aldaar gaat spoorlijn L124A betreden worden richting Monceau Formatie.
Aldaar gaat L112/1 op ri. Pièton en La Louviere-Süd. Vanaf daar verder via L118 naar Mons en Saint-Ghislain PFT depot, en later weer terug naar Charleroi-Süd.
Daar L130 naar Chatelet en Tamines op, en dan L150 naar Aisemont, Tamines, Chatelet en via L138 naar chatelet.
Via L130 via Tamines naar Jemeppe-sur-Sambre, en dan L144 naar Gembloux.
Vanaf Gembloux gaat de rit verder via L161 naar Ottignies, Brussel-Luxemburg, Brussel-Noord en Brussel-Zuid.
Terugkomst rond 18:30.

Tractie: TSP 202.020 & een onbekende "NMBS-locomotief"

Zondag 9 juni (vertrek rond 8:30):
Starten te Brussel-Zuid. Via L28 naar Y.Pannenhuis, Y.Laeken en Y.Zennebrug. Via L161/1 en L161 naar Brussel-Luxemburg en Ottignies.
Vervolgens via L140 naar Fleurus, om dan op L147 te raken naar Auvelais. Via L130 naar Floreffe en Namen.
Vervolgens via L162 naar Ciney, en dan de CFB-spoorlijn op. Na terugkomst te Ciney naar Jemelle.
Vanuit Jemelle naar L43 naar Bomal, Rivage, Luik-Guillemins om terug te sporen via L36 via Landen-Leuven-Brussel Noord naar Brussel-Zuid.
Terugkomst rond 19:00.

Tractie zal een NMBS-locomotief zijn.

Saturday 8th 202.020, 6077, and an INFRA Type 62
Sunday 9th 202.020 and a TUC Rail Type 55

Wegens werkzaamheden is de route iets aangepast op 8 juni, las ik:

"There is currently one change to the advertised route; due to engineering work on Line 28 we are unable to travel via this line on the outward journey, therefore the train will start at Brussels Nord and travel directly to Brussels Midi to pick up passengers before heading for Monceau. All 3 freight branches are currently included in the draft timetable."

Hoe houdt het dan concreet in qua wijziging?

In the draft timetable I have Line 28 has been removed from Saturday 8th, as soon as I receive the full confirmed timeable I will post some details here for those who wish to join or photograph the trains.

All we ask from those on the lineside is you forward something to us so we can include the photos on our gallery page of the train.

On Saturday 8th the train will depart Brussels Nord 08.15, Midi 08.27 returning at 18.31 and 18.39 respectively, on Sunday we depart Midi at 08.39 and return to Nord 18.50 and Midi 19.00
