HLE 18 & 19: eerste spots

There is has not been an update as there is still nothing to update.

1906 and 1920 are currently away at Siemens Works in München for Retrofitting but apart from that, there are still T19s sat on Kinkempois Depot that have not worked a passenger train yet. At €3.49M each, that is a lot of Belgian Tax Payer's money sat doing nothing.

It would appear that the T19s that have not entered service and are currently at Liège Kinkempois, will not be entering service until Software Version F is passed off for use with the locomotives and they have been to München for Retrofitting. Two locomotives are currently away in Germany, 1906 and 1920, and when these return I expect the others to follow.

1914 is sat on stock at Liege Guillemins station and should work IC 478 07.17 Vise - Brussel Zuid on Tuesday morning.

1914 did indeed work on Tuesday 21st May 2013 and I had a ride with her to Rivage on IC 467 17:24 Brussel Zuid to Gouvy.

Also on Tuesday 21st, 1923 and 1913 were at Schaarbeek

The remaining T19s will be entering service in the next few weeks.

De 1913 reed vandaag van Blankenberge naar Tongeren, en de 1923 van Oostende naar Eupen.

1923 was on ICA on Monday 27th May 2013 and 1916 was ICF also on Monday 27th May.

1906 and 1924 have been seen in passenger service today, 5th June 2013.

So this leaves the following HLE 18 & 19 locomotives to enter service. 1861 and 1877 still testing Software Upgrade F, 1901 and 1902 are still at Wildenrath performing tests and 1911 and 1920 are at Liège Kinkempois awaiting entry into service.

1803 entered passenger service on 6th July 2011 and so far, NMBS/SNCB has placed a HLE 18/19 in service once every 6.1 days.

Just 1911 to go now before the four test locomotives enter service.
